1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Innerwear
- Accessories
- Customized or personalized items
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at info@dandelioncolombo.com or WhatsApp us at +94 77 706 8928 within the return period.
- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return or exchange.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service.
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are borne by the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as a store credit, based on your preference.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
