2. 💳 Refund Policy (Store Credit Only)No Cash Refunds: We do not offer direct cash or bank refunds under any circumstances.Store Credit: If your return is approved, the full value of the returned item will be issued as Store Credit.Next Purchase: This credit will be saved in our system and automatically deducted from your next order.
3. 🔄 Exchange Conditions & SizingTo qualify for an exchange, your item must meet the following strict criteria:Perfect Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.Tags Attached: All original tags must still be securely attached to the clothing.Check Size Charts: We always provide detailed size charts for every item. Please review them carefully before ordering to ensure a perfect fit for both of us!
4. 🚚 Exchange Delivery Fees & ProcessDelivery Fee: You are responsible for paying double the standard delivery fee to cover the cost of the exchange process.Our Mistake: If we sent you the wrong size or a faulty item by mistake, we will cover all delivery charges.Leftover Balance: If you exchange your item for one of a lower price, the remaining balance will be kept as Store Credit to be used on your next order.Timeline: It typically takes 3–5 business days for your new exchange parcel to reach you.
5. 📦 How to Pack and Return Your ItemWhen your exchange parcel arrives, you will do a direct swap with the delivery courier. Please prepare your package ahead of time:Pack the item safely in its original or secure packaging.Attach a visible label on the package containing the following exact details:
