- Product availability is subject to stock.
2. Orders & Payment
- Orders must be placed directly through our official website.
- Accepted payment methods:Â Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and Card payments.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is detected.
3. Delivery
- We deliver islandwide within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery charges will apply and are clearly shown at checkout.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided that items are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
5. Privacy

- We will not share personal details with third parties, except as required by law or to facilitate delivery.
6. Liability
- Dandelion will not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
