1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 1-3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items and accessories (e.g. earrings, lingerie, etc.) are non-returnable.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
We’ll provide you with the return instructions.
3. Exchange Options
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive:
- A full refund to your original payment method
OR - A store credit or exchange, based on your preference
Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed.
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable service for returns.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
